ORDERING AND PAYMENT

Q:How can I pay for my order?

Q:Is your payment system secure?

A: Yes, all transaction information on our system is passed using 128-bit SSL encryption. No cardholder data passes unencrypted or in any kind of non-secure manner. Your card details are not held in clear text in ANY website.

Q:I have completed my order but I’ve just realised that I’ve got the colour/size/design wrong. What can I do?

A: Please give us a call and speak to one of our staff. We will be happy to amend your order and take any extra payment if required.

Q:Do you accept orders over the telephone?

A: We encourage you to order online wherever possible but if you are having any problems with our website, we can take payment over the telephone. Simply call us on 0203 141 8680

Q:My payment has been declined. I have made sure that the details are correct, what can I do?

A: Unfortunately if we were to try to take the payment here using the same details here over the phone we would most likely come to the same result. We recommend that you get in touch with your card issuer and bring the issue up with them; they may have placed a block or stopped your card for security reasons.

Q:How do I find details of my order?

A: Log into your account using your email and password when you registered. Click on the 'My Account' link at the top of the page. Your current order details will be displayed. You will also receive an email confirmation of your

Q:How long from ordering should I expect my goods?

A: We usually quote 3 – 7 business days depending on the item and delivery method. This may extend to 9 – 16 days in cases of orders with an alteration.

Q:What happens if my order is lost in delivery?

A: Unfortunately this can happen from time to time, please let us know if you have not received your items. We will ensure you receive the item you paid for.

Q:What do I do if I've not received all of my order?

A: When your order was dispatched you will have received an email dispatch confirming which items have been sent and if there are any outstanding items to follow. If there are no outstanding items indicated on your email please

A: Unfortunately we do not post outside of the UK at this time.

Q:What delivery service do you use?

A: We use a number of couriers to deliver your items securely. Royal Mail: All items are dispatched using 1st Class service. Usually items under the value of £50 are dispatched using this delivery method. Usually items delivered

Q:If my items arrive damaged or faulty, what are my options?

A: If your goods arrive and they are faulty, please give us a call or email us to discuss so we can arrange postage of the faulty goods and get a replacement out to you.

Q:What should I do if I need to return something?

A: We offer a very relaxed returns policy within 7 days of receiving your item, hence the name 'No Hassle returns'. This applies to all unopened, unused items which are still in original packaging. After 14 days we can offer you

Q:Do your curtains come in pairs?

A: All of our curtains and tie backs come in pairs unless clearly otherwise stated. Voiles do not tend to come in pairs. Some cushion covers come in pairs and some don’t but this is always clearly stated.

Q:How are curtains measured?

A: Usually curtain measurements are firstly the width followed by the drop size. If you need further help to determine the size you need please contact us.

Q:What if my curtains arrive damaged?

A: All curtains that arrived damaged must be signed for as damaged and of course we will make sure they get replaced. We may require these curtains to be returned so please keep them safe.
